A Batik Table Runner

Claudia, my ever-improving student, has recently sent these pictures of a finish. The last time she and I were together, she brought the finished top, batting and backing. She wanted some instruction on squaring up and preparing for machine quilting. We did the best we could and she took it home to finish.

It leaves a bit to be desired in "squareness" but from the front, it is barely noticeable. This table runner is to be a gift for one of Claudia's friends, I guarantee that friend will not even notice that cockeyed corner.

I have made good progress on my Market Day quilts. I should have another update on them tomorrow.

Happy Quilting, Friends!
