I have collaged the pictures because I have taken so many. I don't think it is necessary for me to narrate each collage. They are flowers, and struck my fancy, so I snapped a shot. Now I should add that sometimes just leaves are pretty enough to photograph, as are berries and wild grapes.
I also promised to share with you my miles logged this summer. I am proud of these numbers, friends! Now the trick will be to keep it up as fall semester continues and colder weather arrives.

How about that August total?!? Impressive, I know. *wink* I really worked to get over the 100-mile mark, let me tell you. It came down to the very last day of the month.
So, tomorrow, instead of meeting with the Frankfort girls at Terry's, we are all going to a quilt show in Granville. I have no details, and have not searched for any, either (time is precious when teaching!). Then on Saturday, I will be quilting at Greenfield's annual History Day sponsored by the historical society. To top off a busy weekend, Friday is my mother's birthday, and Saturday is my husband's birthday! The Buckeyes play Saturday night, and Sunday we will go to Columbus to have a belated birthday lunch with DD Erin and her fiancé, Jeff. Sunday night, the two couples that we saw the Eagles concert with are coming over to watch the Eagles documentary that we have saved on our dvr.
There won't be much walking will there?
Happy Quilting, Friends!
