My two and a half days at the quilt retreat were very productive, if I do say so myself. I managed to get the entire quilt top together! And here she is.
It was fun to do and I love the scrappiness of it. It did seem tedious at times, but I think that was more due to fatigue on my part than anything else. We put in a couple of late, late nights.
Quilt retreat was lots of fun, and we are scheduling again for next April. It is such a great time to bond with one another, and to produce some awesome quilts. Tomorrow, once I've had time to edit pictures and get myself a bit more organized, I hope to bring you the details of what the other girls worked on.
Happy Quilting, Friends!
Looks great. I like it

ReplyDeleteI love this little quilt!! I've never seen a churn dash built around a nine-patch, but you can be sure I'll be making one. Is this block sometimes called a "monkey wrench?"
ReplyDeleteAll of your quilts are beautiful, and always inspirational.
Thank you for sharing your work with us.
